Squat & PC - M37 W3

SQUAT Training - Mesocycle 37 Week 3

This was done on Monday…so basically 3 workouts in 72 hours. I went in feeling beyond sore and it made everything a hell of a lot more difficult!

Front Squats:
275 x 2
275 x 2
280 x 2
245 x 4
It was so darn hard to concentrate…but I am glad I went in nonetheless.

Romanian Deadlifts:
315 x 8
315 x 8
365 x 3
NP
Good stuff

Called it a day…
