Full Body 1 - M37 W5

FULL BODY Training - Mesocycle 37 Week 5

So I'm in Houston for a family wedding and I'm staying at this nice hotel which has a decent gym. I'm going to do some odd workouts for a while…so y'all will see some bicep curls and what not. Do not be alarmed. This happens. Haha!

Pistol Squats:
10 x 5 x 3

Pull-ups:
BW x 10 x 3

Unilateral Overhead Press:
50 x 7

Shrugs:
120 x 20

Facepulls:
75 x 15 x 2

I will be doing as much upper back type work that I can using Facepulls, Shrugs, Band Pull-aparts, etc.

I'll try to get a couple of videos and if it goes well I will possibly post a little article on how nice this hotel gym is…
