Full Body - M37 W4

FULL BODY Training - Mesocycle 37 Week 4

This took place a couple of days ago. I was supposed to go DL yesterday but I've delayed it to tomorrow (Monday). I'm trying to minimize days between this DL session and the next - and the next one is going to be in Bombay in October.
