GRIP Training 1 - Mesocycle 37 Week 3
This is from Tuesday (Wednesday)..
Gripper Training:
walmart x 5
hg 150 x 3
No. 1.0: 2 reps —> both close
No. 2.0: 1 + 1 + 1 = 3 attempts —> none closed but right hand came very very close
No. 1.0: 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 + 1 = 5 attempts —> with 2 closed firmly and 3 very near misses
hg 150 x 8 x 3 —> all closed
I was surprised with my strength increase on the No. 1.0. Joe's (GUS) idea for this stuff is really awesome.
