I made it to my Alma mater. We did Deadlifts on Friday (yesterday)… The whole gang was there.

Deadlift Work Sets:

500 x 0
500 x 1
Stomach was feeling weird from all the Mexican and Thai food I've been gorging on…

Snatch Grip Deadlifts:
365 x 3
365 x 3
380 x 2
380 x 2
315 x 7

Called it a day and went to devour a massive amount of pure Mexican food..
