SQUAT Training - Mesocycle 36 Week 3

This happened on Tuesday of last week…

Front Squats:
275 x 2
275 x 2
295 x 1
245 x 5
I take 2 months off from Front Squatting and here is where I'm at. Talk about Pistol Squats paying off!!!!

Pistol Squats:
Some reps and sets - I have the video

Cable Pullthroughs:
150 x 15 x 4

Supine GHRs:
BW x 15 x 3
