SQUAT Training - Mesocycle 36 Week 2
My callous is healing well. It still has quite a ways to go. Work has been killing me. I've worked out 6 times in the last 3 weeks. This type of retarded work/life balance has to come to an end soon. Pulling 70+ hour weeks as a corporate slave is very disappointing.
Pistol Squats:
10 x 5
10 x 5
10 x 4
10 x 3
10 x 2
10 x 1 «— Deep and paused for a good 5+ seconds
I just wanted to work on technique
Supine Glute Ham Raises:
BW x 15 x 4
Dumbbell Swings:
65 x 15 x 3
