Grip 1 - M36 W3


GRIP Training 1 - Mesocycle 36 Week 3

Callous tear has healed a bit so I decided to give this a shot..

Gripper Warm-ups:
walmart gripper x 5 x 2
HG 150 x 3
HG 150 x 4

Gripper Work Sets:
No. 1.0 —» 2 attempts, both closes
No. 2.0 —» 1 + 1 + 1 = 3 attempts, no closes
No. 1.0 —» 2 + 3 + 3 + 2 = 10 attempts, a few closes
HG 150 —» 10 attempts, all closes

Grip is getting better. It's been 2 weeks since I've done gripper work. I'll squeeze in another session this week on Wednesday most probably.
