Deadlifts - M36 W4


DEADLIFT Training - Mesocycle 36 Week 4

This happened TODAY….!!!!

Deadlift Warm-up:
Mobility Drills
135 x 2 «— Banded
135 x 2 «— Banded

Banded Deadlifts:
165 x 3
185 x 3
205 x 4
225 x 5
235 x 2
225 x 2
I used Eric's method of gauze and tape - it helped immensely.

Deadlifts:
425 x 1
475 x 1
495 x 2
495 x 1
I took a 20-25 minute breaks before each of the 495 attempts. Good stuff. No straps. No tape and gauze. Nothing. All RAW.

Called it a day.
