I'm on a short one week vacation…My hotel has a small gym and I've been doing a few things… I might take a couple of videos tomorrow.

I'm doing these on a smith machine and it is a terrible experience!

Barbell Rows

Unilateral Overhead Press
65 x 5
70 x 3
