SQUAT - M29 W2

SQUAT Training - Mesocycle 29 Week 2

Today's training...Decided to do the 4-Squat workout...

Overhead Squats:
135 x 4
155 x 4
I'm doing these after a long long time...wow...

Front Squats:
255 x 3
275 x 2
285 x 2

Back Squats:
285 x 5
315 x 2
325 x 1

Anderson Half Squats:
325 x 1
325 x 2

Pull-ups:
13 + 12 = 25 reps
