HG 150 x 2 x 2
CoC #1: 1 + 1 + 1 = 3 «— attempts all closed both hands
HG 150 x 7 x 4 «— Stressed on closing each and every rep slowly and in control
Tiring..
Hand Extensions:
2 bands x 20 x 4
