GRIP - M34 W3

GRIP Training - Mesocycle 34 Week 3

This happened yesterday..

Grippers:
wmt x 5 x 2
HG 150 x 2 x 2
CoC #1: 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 10 attempts; closed 4 with left and 8 with right
HG 150 x 9 x 5
This was a very positive session. I'm happy. I think with another 1-2 months practice the #1 will become very easy.

Hand Extensions:
2 bands x 20 reps x 6 sets
