We've decided to scale back Gopi's approach to the Deadlift. We've gone back to the old base volume of 185 x 4 x 2 and we're gonna build on this. There are issues which need to be dealt with and this is the start. Because of travel, work, etc she's been a bit irregular with her training in the last month but now things are settling down, it's a good time to focus on the important matters.
